Job Description:

The Property Specialist will travel to investment properties throughout the Las Vegas area. Typically, this role involves photographing properties, uploading photos to the company database via smartphone, documenting property details, assessing property conditions, and meeting potential clients on-site. No real estate experience is necessary, as all training will be provided by the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Travel to investment properties
  • Photograph the interiors of residences, ensuring to capture the flow of the space
  • Meet with potential clients at investment properties
  • Edit and adjust photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks

Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Own a smartphone with working camera

What we offer:

Mileage will be reimbursed to the Contractor by the Company at the rate of $0.35 per mile (or $0.60 per mile if tolls apply)
