My client, a leading international law firm, is looking to recruit a Casualty Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join their expanding Large Loss team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex EL/PL claims alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting and running a caseload of large loss employer's and public liability claims, involving complex issues around liability, quantum, and coverage
  • Handling the full lifecycle of multi-track litigation, often with claims reaching into seven figures
  • Working closely with Legal 500-ranked Partners and senior lawyers on technically demanding cases

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) with experience in defendant personal injury litigation
  • Large Loss experience
  • Strong analytical and case management skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and a desire to work on complex, high-stakes litigation
