A qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) with experience in defendant personal injury litigation
Large Loss experience
Strong analytical and case management skills
A team-oriented mindset and a desire to work on complex, high-stakes litigation

Job Responsibility

Supporting and running a caseload of large loss employer's and public liability claims, involving complex issues around liability, quantum, and coverage
Handling the full lifecycle of multi-track litigation, often with claims reaching into seven figures
Working closely with Legal 500-ranked Partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on exposure to technically demanding, career-defining cases

Proven experience handling high-value and complex commercial property claims, with a settlement authority of at least £500K
Knowledge of catastrophic injury claims (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively

Job Responsibility

Proactively manage a portfolio of large and complex claims (typically £500K+), from notification through to settlement
Take responsibility for major property losses

Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues across the claims community
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Communicate regularly with policyholders, representatives, third parties, underwriting, and actuarial teams
