As a Large Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the strategic mind and first point of contact for our most important potential corporate clients. You interact at eye-level with decision-makers, understand complex organizational structures, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships through your consultative competence.
Job Responsibility:
Qualify and develop sophisticated Enterprise leads (e.g., from C-level contacts, demo requests, or webinars) and recognize their full potential
Independently design and manage outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities among top companies in the DACH region
Use consultative sales methodologies to analyze the business-critical priorities of large organizations and act as a trusted advisor
Build a sustainable, high-quality sales pipeline in close strategic collaboration with our Senior Account Executives and the Marketing team
Using your expertise and persuasiveness, you arrange highly qualified meetings with key stakeholders at the management and board levels
Actively contribute your experience to continuously improve our prospecting processes and provide well-founded feedback to Sales Management
Requirements:
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS, software, or technology environment
Successfully completed a degree or relevant vocational training (e.g., in Business Administration, Communications, or similar)
Enthusiastic about the digital transformation of the working world and the topic of employee communication in large corporations
Proven track record in proactive new customer acquisition, research, and persuasive presentation at the decision-making level
Combine analytical and creative thinking with a strong focus on solutions and results to solve complex problems
Manage your time and tasks excellently and excel at building and maintaining professional relationships
Excellent German skills in speech and writing (C2) and you communicate fluently in English
You live in the Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region (or are willing to relocate) to ensure close collaboration with the local team
Ready to work with the SDR team 2 days a week from our headquarters in Chemnitz (Wednesdays & Thursdays)
