We are WebGurus – a design and development agency focused on Web Development, Bespoke WordPress Development and Design. We transform user experiences, unlock technical potential and build top-notch digital products for today’s forward-thinking businesses and organizations. We’re looking for Laravel / Symfony developers to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working in a dynamic & creative startup environment with a small team of talented developers
  • Wearing many hats, as you support all of our technology operations (big & small)
  • Given the freedom to come up with and explore your own development initiatives and new cutting-edge technologies
  • Willingness to work in diverse codebases and commitment to modular, documented code

Requirements:

  • PHP 7.x / 8.x – OOP – (Required 3+ years)
  • Laravel (Required 2+ years)
  • Symfony (Optional 1+ years)
  • MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL – Proficiency in SQL querying and the ability to create and run scripts against a database (Required)
  • Composer proficiency (Required 2+ years)
  • Familiarity with building integrations with 3rd party systems
  • Experience using APIs and understanding HTTP, REST, and SOAP architecture
  • Self-driven, self-sufficient, actively looks for ways to contribute, and knows how to get things done.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • VueJS development knowledge is a plus
  • Other random terms we like to hear: GCP, AWS, Severless, Git, Pipelines, Redis, Stripe, Vapor, PDF generator, pizza
