Job Description

As the Landscaping Manager at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will be responsible for overseeing the landscaping operations across Hotel Expansion 3 (HE3) and Golf Villas (GV), ensuring that all outdoor areas reflect the exceptional standards of beauty, sustainability, and luxury associated with Four Seasons. In this role, you will manage the planning, maintenance, and enhancement of all landscaped areas, including gardens, pathways, outdoor guest areas, villa surroundings, and recreational spaces. Your leadership will ensure that the resort’s natural environment is maintained in pristine condition while complementing the architectural design and the surrounding Red Sea landscape. You will lead and supervise the landscaping team and external contractors, ensuring daily operations are carried out efficiently and safely. This includes scheduling routine maintenance activities such as irrigation management, plant care, pruning, seasonal planting, turf maintenance, and pest control. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring that landscaping across HE3 and the Golf Villas supports the guest experience by maintaining visually appealing, well-maintained outdoor spaces. You will also collaborate closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Villa Operations teams to ensure landscaping maintenance is aligned with operational requirements and guest activities. You will also oversee irrigation systems, sustainable landscaping practices, and water conservation initiatives, ensuring all landscaping activities support the resort’s environmental sustainability goals while preserving the natural beauty of the destination. Through effective leadership, attention to detail, and strong operational planning, you will ensure that the resort’s outdoor environment consistently meets the luxury standards expected by Four Seasons guests.

Requirements

  • College degree or diploma in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale developments
  • Previous experience managing landscaping operations in resorts or villa communities is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, turf management, and pest control
  • Experience managing landscaping teams and external contractors
  • Understanding of sustainable landscaping and water conservation practices
  • Ability to plan and coordinate landscaping projects and maintenance schedules
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and operational planning
