Job Description:

Chestnut Hill Realty is looking for a Landscaper/Horticulture Technician to join our team in Chestnut Hill, MA. In this full-time, year-round position, you will work on a wide variety of projects that vary depending on the season. We offer hands on training and comprehensive education to support your professional growth and career advancement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks including turf and bed maintenance
  • ornamental shrub and small tree pruning
  • spring and fall clean up
  • snow removal
  • installation/maintenance of seasonal flower displays
  • Perform light landscape construction projects
  • Operate grounds power equipment and CHR vehicles
  • Assist Horticultural Foreperson/Mechanic in minor repair and maintenance of grounds equipment

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • At least 18 years old
  • Enthusiastic and dependable
  • Able to safely work with equipment
