Job Description:

This position is responsible for all landscaping and ground maintenance of the CVM complex. This individual will make decisions related to landscape maintenance on a daily basis – including, but not limited to, deciding on what will be placed/replaced in flower/shrub bedding, how to fertilize, when to bring in an outside contractor, what type of equipment we need/use for maintaining the grounds of the CVM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all landscaping and ground maintenance of the CVM complex

Requirements:

  • Requires four years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license

Nice to have:

  • High school diploma
  • Prefer experience performing custodial tasks in a hospital environment or in a commercial setting requiring specific sanitation procedures
  • Be able to learn the operation of a wide variety of commercial janitorial equipment and understand/follow explicit instructions in English, both in oral and written form
  • Commercial Applicators license through KDA (this license can be acquired once in the position if needed)
