Job Responsibility:
Leadership & Operations: Lead a diverse team of supervisors, laborers, and administrative staff while developing annual maintenance strategies and manpower schedules
Quality Control: Oversee daily softscape maintenance, conducting regular site inspections to ensure plant health, proper pruning, and effective pest control
Project Management: Execute landscape enhancement and beautification projects, collaborating with consultants and nurseries to ensure sustainable and cost-efficient designs
Tender Bidding: Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including site evaluations, technical proposals, and the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Workforce & Safety: Supervise worker productivity and discipline while enforcing OSHA compliance through regular toolbox briefings and safety training
Resource Management: Control inventory for plants and materials while ensuring all machinery, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained and serviced
Finance & Administration: Oversee annual budgets and cost-control measures while providing detailed weekly and monthly progress reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 8 years+ of solid experience in landscape architecture with property development
Strong planning and implementation landscape architecture skills
