We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Maintenance Horticulturists to immediately join our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing maintenance programs post project completion
  • Solely maintaining all gardens and soft landscaping for our completed projects
  • Manage and carry out all horticultural works as per the contracted scope of works
  • Plant, mulch, and other material remediation/replacement
  • Herbicide and pesticide spraying
  • Small and large scale turf mowing
  • Small to large scale watering
  • Installation of both temporary and permanent Irrigation
  • Management of maintenance crew to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with office team to coordinate deliveries, purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Carry out all risk assessments and safety requirements to adhere with all company policies
  • Complete relevant company paperwork and submit to the office for processing
  • Reporting to Director on progress, time, costs and so forth

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Proven Industry experience ONLY in Softscape Maintenance within a landscaping company
  • Sound knowledge of plants, materials and construction methodologies
  • Proven ability to carry out maintenance of all forms of Softscape without any supervision
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work autonomously
  • NSW Driver's License
  • Workcover white card
  • Speak English proficiently
  • Australian Citizen

Nice to have

Certificate III in Horticulture is desirable but not essential
