Landscape Gardener

• Design and renovate gardens, including preparing site plans and planting layouts
• Estimate, quote, and order landscaping materials
• Maintain landscaped areas for private clients, strata, and commercial sites
• Construct small-scale landscape features such as decking, pathways, and water features
• Build and install steps, retaining walls, fences, and irrigation systems
• Prepare, seed, and lay turf for lawn installation
• Plant, prune, and maintain lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Enhance soil quality through fertilising, mulching, and aeration
• Clear debris, leaves, and maintain tidy outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely (mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, brush cutters, etc.)

• Relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
• Strong practical knowledge of horticulture and plant care
• Ability to interpret site and landscape plans
• Skilled in operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual work
• Current driver’s licence (essential)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
