Job Description:

Landscape Engineer position at Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino responsible for maintaining property grounds, installing and maintaining plants and irrigation systems, operating landscape equipment, and ensuring the overall pleasant appearance of the resort grounds.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor property grounds to ensure pleasant appearance
Maintain appearance of fountains, planters, and other grounds features
Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs
Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes
Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs
Maintain trees and shrubs by trimming and pruning
Trim and edge grass in hard-to-reach areas
Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves
Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems
Remove and bag trash from exterior trash cans
Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles
Wash, clean, and re-fuel all equipment after use

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
