Job Description

A well-established commercial landscape company is hiring a Branch Manager. You will step into full P&L ownership, lead a team of Account Managers and crews, and run day-to-day branch operations with real autonomy.

Job Responsibility

  • Own budget and P&L for the branch
  • lead and develop Account Managers and crew personnel
  • oversee scheduling and routing for landscape maintenance and snow removal services
  • manage vendor and client relationships
  • ensure safety and quality standards across all job sites

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Branch or Account/Client Manager in landscape maintenance
  • Experience overseeing budget and P&L
  • Experience overseeing care of equipment, vehicles, and other assets
  • Team management including hiring, firing, mentoring, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Valid driver's license

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Active Colorado QS license
  • Additional certifications like Department of Agriculture Certified Operator, BMP, CLT, CMT, etc.
