Job Responsibility:

Advise clients on land use matters, including project entitlements and administrative proceedings
Represent clients in hearings and negotiations related to zoning, permitting, and land development
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver comprehensive solutions
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
Stay updated on changes in land use and real estate laws to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in California
