Job Description:

Learn how to become a Land Surveyor! This position supports a Surveyor while performing boundary surveys and staking. We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be out in 'the field' and is dedicated, loyal, hard-working, and gets satisfaction out of a full day's work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a Surveyor while performing boundary surveys and staking
  • Check with Crew Chief for daily scope of work
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Drive to and from job site
  • Set up and tear down GPS base
  • Carry supplies
  • Clean company vehicle
  • Unload equipment
  • Put batteries on chargers
  • Enter time
  • Clean equipment and office

Requirements:

  • 6+ months experience as a Surveying Assistant (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift 75 lbs
