As our Land, Planning & Development team continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Milton Keynes office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of development projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting colleagues on land, planning, and development projects from initial instruction through to completion
  • Responding to enquiries, undertaking site inspections, and supporting the marketing of development opportunities
  • Preparing development appraisals, researching planning context, and producing clear, professional reports
  • Valuing and pricing development sites using Argus Developer software
  • Identifying new development opportunities, including standalone sites and land‑assembly prospects
  • Collating documentation, marketing brochures, and information packs
  • Negotiating Heads of Terms and supporting transactional work
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored and commercially‑focused advice
  • Contributing to the department’s profile through social media activity, monitoring local plans, and staying up to date with relevant market and planning news
