Job Description

As a Land Manager for SEA, you'll drive land growth across the region by managing a portfolio of preferred land suppliers (hotel chains, rental car companies, rail and ground transportation partners) and growing hotel and land attachment with a focus on driving revenue and improving margins. You'll be the subject matter expert for land products, engaging deeply with internal stakeholders and clients while leading marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Own land revenue and margin growth for SEA
  • drive hotel and land attachment through stakeholder and client engagement
  • Manage a portfolio of preferred land suppliers and build mutually beneficial relationships with regional partners
  • Lead marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns to promote FCM hotel program offerings
  • Leverage data to target high potential clients and grow Preferred Land Partner mix to 85%
  • Provide internal trainings and education to drive land product awareness and adoption
  • Procure market-specific content and standardise land content across all booking channels
  • Provide contract support to M&E business to improve margins
  • Negotiate with partners for waivers, favours, and joint marketing spend
  • Monitor supplier performance monthly and achieve year-over-year ROI growth by contract
  • Maximize hotel commission collection through improved partner engagement and data quality
  • Prepare business/marketing plans, 90-day plans, and conduct quarterly and monthly reviews

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of business travel industry with corporate travel experience
