R.Power is one of the largest independent renewable energy companies in Europe. Due to the company's growth, we are looking for: Land Development Manager. Location: Olsztyn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Securing land for the development of renewable energy projects as part of the development team
  • Contacting landowners to negotiate land lease agreements and easements
  • Verifying the feasibility of project implementation
  • Collecting information and preparing progress reports
  • Maintaining good relationships with landowners
  • Communicating with local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in negotiating and securing land
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in customer relations
  • Practical knowledge of the investment process in the areas of Administrative Procedure Code (KPA), Construction Law, and Energy Law
  • Practical knowledge of real estate-related issues
  • Category B driving license
  • Willingness to work in the field.
