R.Power is one of the largest independent renewable energy companies in Europe. Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for: Land Acquisition Specialist for Industrial Investments.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the process of identifying and acquiring land for power infrastructure investments
  • Negotiating — particularly with large entities — the terms of lease agreements, land purchase contracts, and other forms of securing property rights
  • Maintaining relationships with landowners, local governments, public institutions, and local stakeholders
  • Analyzing risks related to project locations and conducting preliminary feasibility assessments
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company during the preparation and implementation stages of investments
  • Preparing reports and location recommendations for new projects

Requirements

  • Monitoring legislative changes related to linear and infrastructure investments
  • Coordinating surveying work and field documentation
  • Participating in public consultations and informational meetings
