Job Responsibility

  • Land scouting and origination of greenfield development opportunities
  • Negotiation and securing of land rights (lease agreements, superficie, option agreements)
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with landowners and local stakeholders
  • Generating and expanding a development pipeline for PV, Agri-PV and BESS projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in land acquisition and/or origination in the renewable energy sector
  • Practical knowledge of utility-scale solar, agrivoltaic and/or storage projects
  • Strong understanding of the Emilia-Romagna and/or Veneto territory
  • An existing local network and the ability to independently source land opportunities
  • A hands-on, execution-focused mindset combined with strong negotiation skills
