Join Service Stream’s Fixed Communications division and play a key role in enabling safe, compliant and on time delivery of critical telecommunications infrastructure across Australia. We’re seeking an experienced Land Access Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end land access approvals across survey, design, and construction activities. You’ll coordinate statutory notices (LAANs, LIFDs), engage landowners and councils, manage internal access workflows, and ensure compliance with Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act. Your work directly supports seamless project delivery in a fast‑paced national environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage land access approvals for works on public and private land
  • Prepare and issue LAANs, LIFDs and other statutory notices
  • Identify and engage landowners, occupiers, and Body Corporates
  • Resolve access issues, objections, and escalations
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation
  • Monitor SLA performance, ageing requests, and delivery risks
  • Collaborate with Design, Survey, Construction and external delivery partners

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Land Access experience within telco, utilities or infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Schedule 3 and statutory notice processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capability
