Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to drive the UTV
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and public speaking abilities for providing engaging commentary and clear instructions
Cultural Connection: A strong connection to Lanai and a deep understanding of its traditions and practices
Safety Awareness: Ability to follow safety protocols and enforce regulations effectively
Customer Service: Experience in hospitality or tourism-related fields, focusing on guest satisfaction
Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a UTV for extended periods in varying terrain and weather conditions
Experience: Previous experience as a tour guide, especially in outdoor recreation or with off-road vehicles

Job Responsibility

Operating Jeeps and UTVs safely
Providing educational narration about the area's history, culture, and environment
Enforcing safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service
Conducting vehicle inspections
Assisting with tour coordination

Set up and cleaning of the Airstreams including stocking amenities
