Job Description

We are currently seeking a candidate for a Lamination Lay-up department for swing Shift. The candidate will set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Candidate will run lamination presses, break down finished product, and lay-up panels into books.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in PCB industry preferred
  • Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes
  • Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
  • Must have good attention to detail and know how to follow SOP to produce good quality
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity
  • Must have good people, verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to do transactions and data entry information in a computer system
  • Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility)
  • Must have good communication and people skills
  • Must have experience in the manufacturing environment like following schedules of jobs based on their priorities
  • Must be able to read and understand technical instructions or notes on travelers and 42Q stack up
  • Must have a good understanding of materials used in the layup process
  • Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%
