Job Responsibility:
Work with business users to capture, analyze, and document requirements for LIMS workflows, integrations, and customizations
Transform user/business needs into functional requirements and detailed specifications, consistent with typical LabVantage BA duties
Support LabVantage LIMS configuration, including master data setup, workflows, sample management, stability, batch release, and lab execution processes
Collaborate with technical teams to implement and validate system enhancements, including integrations with lab instruments and enterprise systems
Participate in and/or lead acceptance test planning and execution (ATP/UAT), documenting exceptions and coordinating resolutions
Support CSV/GxP activities as required, similar to established expectations for LabVantage roles
Work closely with Project Managers, Quality teams, and Lab Operations to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
Prepare and maintain essential documentation including functional requirements, SOPs, technical specifications, and test protocols
Assist end users through workshops, training sessions, and ongoing support during implementation and steady state
Facilitate communication between lab operations, IT, and external solution providers
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS (v8 or similar) — covering sample management, batch release, stability, and lab execution workflows
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze lab processes, data flows, and troubleshooting issues
Experience in regulated lab environments (GMP/GLP) and understanding of lab workflows and analytical methods
Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, test scripts, and technical documentation
Nice to have:
German language proficiency for collaborating with German-speaking teams and supporting multi-site implementations
Experience with lab automation, instrument integration, and enterprise systems (e.g., MES, PLM, QMS)
