Labourer

• Preparing, cleaning, and oiling concrete moulds
• Assisting the team with live concrete pours
• Stripping moulds once cured and maintaining a clean, safe site
• Patching, rubbing back, and sacking off concrete panels/blocks
• Using hand tools to safely remove sharp edges and imperfections
• Ensuring all finished products meet high-quality standards for dispatch

• White Card: A valid General Construction Induction Card is mandatory
• Physical Fitness: These are demanding roles
• you must be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and happy to work in an outdoor/factory environment
• Medical Fitness: Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
• Reliable Transport: You need a reliable vehicle and a current driver's license to ensure you get to the site on time every day
• Attitude: A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, and a reliable, turn-up-to-work attitude

Forklift license (Desirable)
