Job Description:

Are you a hard-working Labourer looking for a local role in North Yorkshire? We are currently recruiting for a short-term position on a new build housing site in South Otterington (near Northallerton). The Role: You will be a key part of the site support team, ensuring the plots are ready for the next stage of construction and helping the trades stay on schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with preboarding and floor preparation for various plots
  • Moving materials across the site to support joiners and dry liners
  • Ensuring all work areas are clear of debris and safe for following trades
  • Loading and unloading deliveries of timber, boards, and other materials
  • General site maintenance and cleaning as directed by the Site Manager

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Previous experience on new build housing sites
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots)
  • A reliable, get-stuck-in attitude
  • Access to transport

Nice to have:

Preboarding experience
