Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our South Wales team, working from our Cardiff office, where you’ll play an important role in delivering high‑quality property standards across our homes. This role involves a large degree of problem solving and suits an individual who enjoys thinking on their feet to complete a variety of maintenance related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work
Cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs
Assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work
Help keep estates clean

Requirements:

Possess a current valid full driving licence
Some understanding of property maintenance activities
Ability to undertake clearance, removals, and cleaning work
