Job Description

Are you a reliable labourer looking for an immediate start in North Yorkshire? We are currently recruiting for a hardworking individual to join a busy new build housing site in Burniston (near Scarborough) for a short-term contract. If you have your CSCS card and are ready to jump straight onto a live residential site this week, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free site, including sweeping plots and clearing debris
Assisting various trades (Bricklayers, Joiners, and Groundworkers) with material distribution
Loading and unloading site deliveries
Moving and organizing building materials across the site safely
Following daily instructions from the Site Manager to help keep the project on schedule

Requirements

Valid CSCS card (Essential)
Previous experience working on a new build housing site
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots)
A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality are key for this immediate start
Reliable transport to Burniston (easily commutable from Scarborough, Whitby, and surrounding areas)
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
