We're looking for multiple reliable Labourers to join our Southland team, supporting a wide range of clients across different industries. These roles offer variety, hands‑on work, and the chance to learn new skills while contributing to essential projects throughout the region.

Job Responsibility:

General labouring and manual handling
Assisting with traffic management duties
Supporting clients with day‑to‑day operational tasks
Working across different sites depending on workload and season
Following all health and safety requirements on site

Requirements:

A good level of physical fitness
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to work safely in changing environments
Flexibility to work across different sites and industries
No licences required, but an interest in upskilling is a bonus
Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand
Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening test
Ministry of Justice criminal background checks are part of our standard process
