Job Description

We're looking for multiple reliable Labourers to join our Southland team, supporting a wide range of clients across different industries. These roles offer variety, hands‑on work, and the chance to learn new skills while contributing to essential projects throughout the region.

Job Responsibility

  • General labouring and manual handling
  • Assisting with traffic management duties
  • Supporting clients with day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Working across different sites depending on workload and season
  • Following all health and safety requirements on site

Requirements

  • A good level of physical fitness
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work safely in changing environments
  • Flexibility to work across different sites and industries
  • No licences required, but an interest in upskilling is a bonus
  • Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening test
  • Ministry of Justice criminal background checks are part of our standard process
