Job Description:

Cambria Maintenance Services have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer role in North Wales, based in our Ewloe Office. As a Labourer will be required to assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work. Based in North Wales, this role involves cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs, and assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work
  • Prepare empty properties for new residents to move in
  • Cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs, and assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work
  • Help keep estates clean

Requirements:

  • Current valid full driving licence
  • Some understanding of property maintenance activities
  • Ability to undertake clearance, removals, and cleaning work
