Job Description:

An exciting role for a Labourer in West Wales, based in the Newcastle Emlyn Office. The work is varied and involves problem solving to complete a variety of maintenance related tasks, making a real difference to the lives of residents. Most work is within Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work
Prepare empty properties for new residents
Cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs
Assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work
Help keep estates clean

Requirements:

Must possess a current valid full driving licence
Some understanding of property maintenance activities
Ability to undertake clearance, removals, and cleaning work
