The Roles: We are currently seeking General Labourers, Road Crew, and Skid Steer Operators for immediate starts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hands-on Site Work: Shovelling, sweeping, and site clean-up
  • Safety First: Spotting machinery and ensuring a secure work zone
  • Machinery Operation: Operating skid steers for road profiling and site prep
  • Teamwork: Working closely with a tight-knit crew

Requirements:

  • Experience: Background in civil construction, road maintenance, or general labour
  • Tickets: A valid White Card is essential
  • Machinery: Skid steer experience (profiling head experience is a major plus)
  • Licensing: Current Driver's Licence (HR Truck Licence highly regarded)
  • Fitness: Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions
