Job Responsibility

Skid Steer Operator: Responsible for precision site preparation, sweeping, and material handling
Labourer / Roller Operator: Assisting with asphalt laying, raking, and shoveling
Operation of breakdown and finish rollers
QA / Spotter: A critical safety and quality role
managing exclusion zones, spotting hazards, and ensuring the asphalt mat meets depth and quality specs
Junior Labourer (Under 20): Entry-level position
Skid Steer Operator: Focused on stripping old surfaces and prepping the base
HR Driver / Labourer: Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles to transport materials while assisting the crew
Lab Tech / Field Tester: Conducting field density testing and collecting asphalt samples

Two (2) years of labour or grounds maintenance experience is required
Ability to work from heights is required

Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks is a requirement

Job Responsibility

Operate Skid Steer, Wheel Loader, Aerial work platform and Forklift
Complete work order requests for repairs and services
Delivery of supplies and materials to various sites and work locations
Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning of tools and equipment
Clear snow from parking lots, walkways and roof tops (skid steer, loader, and plow truck-sander combination operation)
Move, modify, adjust, install and repair office furniture and materials
Remove and install signage using skid steer with attachments and hand tools as required
Perform grounds care sweeping, garbage removal, etc.)
Clean exterior windows and interior diffusers
Perform other duties as they arise to fulfill mandate of providing complete facilities operations and maintenance
