Job Responsibility

Site Preparation: Clear debris, level ground, and set up temporary barriers in accordance with Maltese site safety requirements
Material Handling: Load/unload deliveries and transport materials safely using proper manual handling techniques
Assist Trades: Support bricklayers, shutterers, pipe layers, and other trades with basic tasks such as mixing mortar/concrete and positioning materials
Operate Tools & Equipment: Use hand tools and small plant machinery only after proper training and certification
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hazard-free site to comply with OHSA guidelines
Safety Compliance: Follow Maltese construction safety standards, including wearing PPE
Waste Management: Segregate and dispose of construction waste according to local environmental regulations
Reporting: Immediately report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor
