Due to continued successful growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a permanent Labourer/ Gardener to join our Voids team. This will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties covering a patch across Birmingham and Walsall, with some additional cover to Leicestershire so travel is essential. Carry out general Labouring and Gardening work for Void properties to get them ready for new tenants. This is a full time permanent job with core hours Mon-Fri 8.00am- 4.30pm. Job Responsibility
Carry out general Labouring and Gardening work for Void properties to get them ready for new tenants
Working alongside other Trades and reporting to Voids Supervisor
Prune bushes and trees to maintain outdoor areas
Cut grass and keep communal green spaces tidy
Collect and dispose of rubbish from external areas
Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Follow all health and safety procedures while on site
Accurately log work completed and updates using an electronic smart phone/device
Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times
Requirements
Labouring/ Gardening experience
Full UK driving licence with max 5 points and no driving bans in past 5 years
Must be able to pass basic DBS check
