Job Description:

The role involves working with labour relations/industrial relations/social dialogue within IKEA's Centre of Expertise (CoE) through various initiatives concerning social relations, employment compliance, terms and conditions of employment, code of conduct, and co-worker insights. The purpose is to contribute to employee well-being while balancing business interests.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop strategic initiatives and plans for the social relations area
set up processes, develop standards and methods, find solutions and support implementation for the area
take an active part in the dialogue or support the dialogue with social partners at different levels in the organisation
contribute to all of the areas in Co-worker Relations with a holistic view
responsible for speaking partner for some of the Co-worker Relations Managers in countries
collaborate, proactively support and build competence with different stakeholders across the organisation
participate in forums, networks and projects to represent and secure the Co-worker Relations areas
secure access to updated knowledge about market trends, latest developments and best practices in the Co-Worker Relations area
initiate changes based on analyses

Requirements:

At least 10 years of solid experience working with social partners, industrial relations and building/facilitating a social dialogue
experience working in a multinational organisation
education that includes industrial relations and labour law
team player
positive mindset
initiative to continuously improve
