Job Responsibility

Loads and unloads dirt, lumber, asphalt and reinforcing steel
Mows, rakes and loads grass

Perform an Area Inspection of the area of the plant they are covering and turn in the signed and completed area inspection upon completion of their shift
Walk, climb stairs and ladders, shovel, sweep, operate wheelbarrows and communicate with other employees via radios
Operate equipment and tools on an as needed basis including but not limited to: electric and pneumatic jackhammers, impacts and hand tools, using poke bars and scrapers, air lances, forklifts, bobcats/skid steers
Inspect belt lines, rollers, water and oil flows and levels, bearings, motors, drive belts and chains, hoppers and chutes, ducts, mechanical linkages, inspecting fire extinguishers and safety equipment
