Laboratory Technician

• Performing routine mammalian cell culture and cell expansion
• Executing endothelial tube formation and spheroid sprouting assays
• operating standardized analysis pipelines
• Running qPCR/ELISA and Westerns/imaging
• maintaining inventory and equipment per SOPs
• Harvesting neuronal tissue or blood vessels from rodents for ex vivo assays, coordinating sample logistics and documentation
• Developing and performing neuronal or angiogenic ex vivo assays
• Mentoring and supporting trainees (research assistants, students) in basic lab techniques and safety

• Educated Labtechnician (laborant or bioanalytiker) in life sciences with at least 3 years of hands-on lab experience (academic or industry)
• Competent in cell culture and expansion workflows (aseptic technique, passaging, banking) and accurate documentation/ELN
• Experience with in vitro/ex vivo assay handling and development
• Skilled in laboratory techniques such as microdissection, tissue isolation, quantitative imaging, qPCR, ELISA, and Western Blot
• Organized, communicative, and team players
• comfortable with SOPs, ELN, and basic QC practices
• FELASA AD level is advantageous (otherwise, we can provide the course)
• Positive mindset, ready to take initiative, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace

Working with mesenchymal stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cell generation, culture, and maintenance experience
