Job Description:

The Separation laboratory within the QC laboratories of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain is responsible for the Release and Stability testing of drug substance and drug product. They are also involved with process control and new product introductions. The laboratory uses techniques like (c)IEF, (c)SDS, HPLC and MS and works under GMP / GLP guidelines with antibodies and proteins.

Job Responsibility:

  • Training on and understanding basic testing and laboratory practices
  • Providing support to the laboratory by performing operational tasks such as equipment maintenance and calibration, preparation of samples and reagents, document management
  • Generating results data, analyzing data, and reviewing with peers and supervisor
  • Delivering test activities in line with the schedule and lab priorities with a good record of first-time testing
  • Displaying knowledge of products manufactured at specific location and some understanding of the QC methods relative to product quality

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • MLO / Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or comparable
  • Pro-active, able to work independently as well as in a team, flexible and organized
  • GMP / GLP experience is beneficial
