Job Responsibility

Prepare and receive all incoming samples for laboratory testing
Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests in accordance with approved methods
Maintain laboratory instruments, procedures, calibration, and analytical records
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot product or process issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Manage sample storage and retention in line with laboratory and quality requirements
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and BOPEX initiatives
Ensure full compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, and company policies
Report any Food & Feed non-conformances in line with Boortmalt food safety standards
Perform trials and special tests to support process improvement and innovation

Non-technical duties include monitoring supply inventories, ensuring that supply bins on the Lab floor are adequately stocked, and that work area is maintained in a compliant state, equipment and instrumentation is cleaned in accordance with SOPs
