ABOUT THE JOB: Manage and support laboratory-related applications within a manufacturing environment. Evaluate user experience and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Drive implementation of enhancements and digital solutions for lab operations. Lead and support change management activities related to system or process improvements. Proactively assess different technical solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across lab systems. Continuously improve processes by enhancing system connectivity and digitalization across laboratory workflows. ABOUT YOU: Experience in application management (4–6 years), preferably within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of laboratory systems and workflows. Experience in user experience evaluation and process improvement. Hands-on experience in implementation and change management. Ability to analyze multiple solutions and provide structured recommendations. Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within lab or manufacturing settings is a plus. English fluent. Other languages are a plus. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
