As Laboratory Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our embryology service — managing and co-ordinating workloads, developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are consistently achieved. You’ll take ownership of regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and laboratory governance, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Most importantly, you’ll help us deliver exceptional, patient-centred care every single day. You’ll lead by example – calmly, confidently, and competently, even under pressure. As part of the clinic’s leadership team, you’ll contribute to performance, service development, and strategic direction, using data and insights to drive improved outcomes.
