Job Description

The position is home based in France with regular travel (60%-80%) to customer sites across the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on laboratory instruments, as well as the refurbishment of instruments
  • Effectively communicate with customers before going on site and account team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, provide repair updates, train end-users, and ensure full resolution of all customer needs
  • Serve as a member of the customer account team by contributing your technical expertise to resolve customer questions, troubleshoot customer issues, and identify additional opportunities to serve our customers

Requirements

  • 3 years of Field Service experience is required
  • Valid Drivers licence
  • Fluent English and French is essential
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable with travel
