Job Responsibility

Personnel Management:Training, coaching, and evaluating lab staff competency, ensuring adherence to policies and ethics. Identifying training needs and providing regular in-service education
Operational Oversight:Managing daily lab operations, making critical decisions, and overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment
Quality Assurance:Selecting appropriate test methodologies, verifying procedures, establishing performance characteristics (precision, accuracy), and administering a robust quality control program. Ensuring remedial actions are taken when test systems deviate and that patient results are accurate
