Job Responsibility

Prepare, test, and evaluate lab-scale samples to support new product development and customer-driven projects
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
Support scale-up and process development through data collection, material testing, and documentation
Record all experimental data, observations, and calculations accurately in both written and electronic lab notebooks
Perform stoichiometric and chemical calculations using manual and digital tools
Conduct research to help identify solutions, improve formulations, and optimize manufacturing processes
Follow all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, SOPs, and lab safety protocols
