Job Responsibility:

  • Audit tests: seal strength, seal width, seal integrity (dye/bubble/vacuum, etc.)
  • Map workflows, identify bottlenecks and failure modes
  • Analyze historical and test data (MSA, basic stats)
  • Run tests
  • Propose updated SOPs, validation plans, and an implementation roadmap
  • Present findings to Project team, Lab and QA
  • Lab test review
  • Workflow optimization
  • Data analysis
  • Pilot testing

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor education
  • Analytical and process-oriented intern
  • Perform a critical review of lab testing in our Primary Packaging department
  • Basic statistics / MSA / experimental design
  • SOP writing and documentation planning
  • Ability to learn seal test methods quickly
  • Available for 5 days a week onsite
  • Available from April 1st and for the minimum of 6 months
