Job Responsibility

  • Analyze labor data, trends, and employment practices across Fever’s global operations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and compliance
  • Support Fever’s international expansion by assessing labor-related requirements and helping implement employment frameworks in new markets
  • Lead and contribute to labor relations projects, including policy implementation, process improvements, and employee relations initiatives
  • Monitor and manage sensitive labor matters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment between employees, management, and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employment-related matters, labor agreements, and workplace policies across multiple countries
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding labor-related topics, including benefits, working conditions, working hours, and employment regulations
  • Partner closely with Legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, labor documentation, internal policies, and other employment-related records
  • Ensure all labor documentation remains accurate, compliant, and up to date with local legal requirements
  • Collaborate with international teams and external partners to adapt employment contracts and policies to local regulations
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure compliant employee hiring and integration across all countries where Fever operates
  • Manage offboarding and employee termination processes, ensuring proper procedures, documentation, and communication are followed
  • Utilize internal communication tools such as Jira and Slack to provide timely support and maintain effective communication with managers and employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Labor Relations or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in labor relations, employment law or a similar role, preferably within an international company or law firm
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and employee relations practices
  • Experience supporting international workforces and navigating multi-country employment frameworks is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across different levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong compliance mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Slack, and AI productivity tools such as Gemini
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Additional languages are a plus
