Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Labor Relations associate to grow within our team supporting core Labor Relations functions—particularly the collective bargaining process. This role will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, travel coordination, expenditures related to bargaining logistics, and will serve as the primary contact for records and information management. The role involves collaboration across various teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage bargaining logistics such as communication, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk analysis, and travel coordination for multiple bargaining teams
  • process invoices, purchase orders, and manage inventory of bargaining locations such as hotels and meeting rooms
  • maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met
  • collaborate effectively with internal teams to define requirements, communicate plans, and equip the teams for successful events
  • coordinate meetings, document actions and decisions, prepare presentation materials, track project progress, and follow up on next steps
  • manage records and act as Records Coordinator 1 (RC1), serving as the main contact for records and information management risk for the Labor Relations team
  • support provisioning and team usage of tools including SharePoint, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • gather and analyze data, conduct research, and provide reporting and analysis for team projects
  • identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities

Requirements:

6+ months of Labor Relations experience in an organized environment or Labor Law or Strategic Planning expertise, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Labor Relations or Human Resources in an organized environment
  • Labor Law expertise
