Power Design is seeking a motivated, creative professional to join our growing team as a Labor Programs Coordinator. This exciting opportunity allows for innovative expression and plays a critical role in creating and following through with labor projects to continuously improve our partnerships. Job Responsibility

  • Partner with different members of Operations, IT and Labor Management on labor initiatives
  • Support our Labor Department with continuous improvement of process and best practices
  • Partner with Business Development to use surveys to determine improvement opportunities for our subcontracted teams
  • Partner with legal team to carry out the compliance strategy
  • Assist in identifying and supporting labor KPI’s to support our Operations department
  • Work with Director on prioritizing and following through on upcoming labor SOP’s and programs
  • Assist with the development of additional training opportunities for subcontractors and labor teams
  • Visit jobsites to build relationships, provide important updates and gather pertinent data
  • Identify opportunities and external partnerships in the labor space to continuously improve the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or another related field
  • or 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • A creative eye with foundational knowledge of marketing design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator
  • A strategist who values creativity and leverages analytics to craft work that makes an impact
  • Excellent customer relations, written, and verbal communication skills
  • with the ability to interface across all levels of staff and management
  • Self-motivated team player with a track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities
