Laborer Foreman will ensure the crew is completing a project with quality, safety, and on schedule. Laborer foreman responsibilities include supervising the crew(s), planning pertaining to the project, and being the contact between team members and supervisors.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively schedule, plan, and delegate project responsibilities
Provide weekly or as needed reports
Process change orders
Schedule deliveries
Effectively manage project budget
Demonstrate quality customer service
Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
Monitor use of equipment and machinery
Maintain positive attitude
Proactively plan project materials and equipment
Attend required meetings
Other duties as assigned
Supervise or manage the work of at least two full-time employees or the equivalent
Include decisions or recommendations regarding personnel action such as hiring, disciplinary action, overtime, changes in pay and terminations
Requirements:
5 years Crew Foreman or related experience

Advanced knowledge of reading and interpretation of blueprints

Visual acuity to operate equipment and spot hazards
