Job Responsibility

  • Manage case documents, including organization, Bates labeling, document review, and preparation of materials for discovery, motions, depositions, and trial
  • Draft discovery requests and responses
  • Assist with witness interviews and preparation of Rule 26 disclosures
  • Create damages models for wage and hour matters
  • File documents electronically in state and federal courts
  • Coordinate and manage document productions in both hard copy and electronic formats
  • Support eDiscovery processes, including document collection, review, and production of electronically stored information
  • Conduct privilege reviews and prepare privilege logs
  • Prepare, serve, and track subpoenas
  • Provide trial support, including exhibit management and courtroom technology coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
  • 5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
  • Prior trial preparation and courtroom support experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes and litigation support platforms
  • Experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseMap/TimeMap, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in a deadline driven environment
