O’Hagan Meyer PLLC is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of litigation experience to join our Charlotte office. Relevant judicial clerkship experience will be credited toward the required years of experience. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation is required
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediation, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies
Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in North Carolina
Nice to have:
Admission to South Carolina and/or Virginia is a plus
